Sustainability & Quality

Traceable origins, controlled quality, durable partnerships.

Quality is a process, not a certificate at the end of it.

Each contract is defined by a written specification agreed before shipment. Cargoes are inspected by independent surveyors at loading, with sampling, analysis and weight certification issued at the load port.

Documentation follows the cargo: origin, harvest or production period, analysis results and transport records remain available to the buyer, so quality can be verified rather than assumed.

Independent inspection

Sampling, analysis, weight and condition surveys carried out by recognised international inspection companies.

Traceability

Documented origin and production period for every lot, with records retained and available to buyers.

Responsible sourcing

Preference for producers and processors that manage soil, water and post-harvest practices with a long-term horizon.

Long-term partnerships

Multi-season commitments give producers visibility and give buyers continuity of supply and consistency of grade.
